Section 10: CANCELLATION, RETURN & REFUND POLICY

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch by contacting customer care.

  • Once dispatched, the order cannot be changed or canceled.

  • Returns accepted only for unopened products in original condition.

  • Refunds processed within 3–5 business days after returned item is received.

  • Refunds made via bank transfer only.

  • Unboxing video is mandatory for damage/wrong product claims.
