Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only in cases of:

    • Wrong product delivered

    • Damaged product received

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Consumable products once opened are not eligible for return.

Mandatory Condition

To process any return or replacement:

📹 A clear unboxing video is mandatory.
Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

Return Process

  2. Share your Order ID and issue details (attach photos/videos if needed).

  3. Our team will guide you through the return or replacement process.

  4. Pickup arranged within 5–6 business days (where serviceable).

Refund Timelines

  • Refunds are processed after returned items are received and verified.

  • Credited to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours or before dispatch.

  • If the order has been shipped, you may refuse the parcel on delivery.

  • Delivered orders are non-returnable and non-cancellable.

Partial Payment Policy

All partial payments are non-refundable under any circumstance.
